Terms and Conditions for Talky Hub

Welcome to Talky Hub. By downloading, accessing, or using the Talky Hub User App or Host App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. User Accounts and Verification

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Talky Hub.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile OTP and login credentials.
• Host Verification: Hosts must submit valid government-issued ID (such as Aadhaar or PAN) for safety verification prior to approval.

2. Virtual Coins and Wallet Policy

• Coin Purchases: Users purchase virtual coins to initiate audio calls and send gifts to Hosts. Virtual coins have no monetary value outside the application.
• Non-Refundable: All coin purchases and recharges are final and non-refundable.
• Host Earnings & Payouts: Hosts earn coins based on completed calls and received gifts, which can be settled into their verified bank accounts subject to platform withdrawal rules.

3. Code of Conduct and Anti-Abuse Rules

Talky Hub is committed to providing a safe, respectful environment. Users and Hosts agree NOT to:

• Share phone numbers, external contact information, or social media handles to bypass the platform.
• Use abusive, obscene, harassing, hate-speech, or sexually explicit content during calls or chats.
• Attempt fraud, account spoofing, or automated spamming.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension or permanent banning without refund.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Talky Hub at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Talky Hub provides audio calling services "as is" and shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or user interactions.
